Scrapbook Store Owner Show

If you have read my last e-mail, checked my Facebook page, or been in the store this week, then you have heard about our fun and amazing weekend learning lots of new stuff with a few of the industry's favorite companies.  We have been so inspired by all that we saw and learned and we hope we can bring that excitement to you.  Look for more Saturday demos and more classes coming soon.  Our classes have gotten really exciting, with most of them filling up and our parking lot always overflowing, we look forward to busy Saturdays filled with teaching learning and having fun.  If you have not taken a class at Scraporium, now is the time!  With so many creative holidays coming up, it's the perfect time to learn new techniques and get inspired!  Check our calendar for exciting classes coming up!

Here are a few photos of what we did this weekend:

Dyan's class using inks, stencils, stamps, gesso, and more.  See sample in store, it's cute!

I finally got my photo taken with Tim Holtz!

Loved Dyan's class, she was so fun!

Mara Johnson's Journal

Mara Johnson from Creative Imaginations.  I loved her, she was so talented and knowledgeable!  We talked to her about teaching at the store soon, her classes were so great and I would love for her to come teach all of you, you would love it!

I cannot wait to get this die in from Sizzix!  It makes the cutest thing and you wouldn't believe how simple it is.

My last class of the weekend was with Mara Johnson and we made this mixed media display piece.  It was so fun working with all of Creative Imaginations new paints and other supplies, I cannot wait to get the Silk paints in, they will blow your mind!

We are trying to get more and more designers to come teach in the store, they really know how to use products and teach amazing techniques and projects.  If you haven't already, call to sign up for Jen Starr's class next Saturday and you will see what I mean.  I can't wait to take her class next weekend!

My favorite scrapbook store. Congrats on the picture with Tim Holtz. I may be just a little jealous. Thanks for getting so much good information and product for us to purchase. Love the classes.
