Due to overwhelming request, here are the recipes from your favorites at our last All Day Crop, enjoy!
Denise's Sweet Salad:
Lettuce Salad
add Stawberries, blueberries, or mandarin oranges
Dressing
1/2 c. sugar
1t. dried mustard
1t. salt
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. veg. oil/canola oil
1/2 c. olive oil
1T. poppy seeds
1/8 c.grated purple onion
mix & refrigerate
Barbara's White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
Makes about 24 bars
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
4 1oz. squares white chocolate, melted and cooled,
Optional garnish: Whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 9x13 pan with heavy duty aluminum foil, overlapping the sides
In a medium bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter until
mixture is crumbly.
Press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly
browned.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup sugar until light
and creamy
Add eggs, 1 at a time beating well after each addition.
Stir in lemon zest and cooled, melted white chocolate
Pour over hot baked crust and bake for 35-38 minutes until center is set
Cool completely
Using foil as handles, remove from pan and cut into squares
Garnish as desired
