We had a great time at our Spring All Day Crop. There were lots of prizes, free gifts, fun vendors, plenty of make 'n take, great food, and lots of fun. We do this twice a year so if you missed out this time, be sure to check for our fall one, usually in August. Here are the photos from the Crop:

And for those of you dying for Barbara's lemon bar recipe, here it is. They were amazing!
Lemon Bars
Preheat oven to 350
Blend together:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned on edges.
While crust is baking, mix well:
4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pour over baked crust as soon as it comes out of the oven. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until set.
Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and cut into approximately 24 bars.
